DMCA Policy

LayoutPages responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement and maintains a repeat-infringer policy. This page describes the notice, counter-notice, and moderation process for hosted content.

How To Submit a Takedown Notice

Send notices to [email protected] or use the structured form on Report Abuse. Include enough information to identify the copyrighted work, the allegedly infringing material, your contact information, and the required legal statements.

Notices that are incomplete, misleading, or unsupported may be rejected or require follow-up before action is taken.

Counter-Notices

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice through the same channel. Provide identification of the removed material, your contact details, and the statements required by law.

LayoutPages may forward valid counter-notices to the complaining party and may restore material as permitted by law if no further legal process is provided in time.

Template Marketplace Submissions

When the template marketplace opens to outside designers, submissions are subject to this policy and to the marketplace-specific terms published at that time. Designers warrant that submitted templates are original work or properly licensed for redistribution under the marketplace terms, and indemnify LayoutPages against claims arising from their submissions.

Copyright takedowns affecting marketplace templates are processed through the same notice channels described above. Where a takedown is acted on, LayoutPages may remove a template from sale, block future installs, suspend the submitting designer's payouts, and notify buyers who have an active install of the affected template.

Repeat Infringer Policy

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate repeat infringers where reasonably appropriate. We may also preserve evidence and account history to document repeated abuse.

The Copyright Office designated-agent filing should be completed and kept renewed to preserve DMCA safe-harbor posture.
